Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Existing designs: orders from items which already are designed on website, will take 1 to 2 weeks to produce after being purchased, due we don’t keep stock of our products since they all are handmade and can suffer changes according to client personal taste. 

Personalized orders: Since each order is different, all the processing and shipping information will be given for acceptance before payment.

 

SHIPMENT & TRANSIT

– International Shipments –

We offer fast and secure shipping service. Our reference shipping company is DHL and shipping time shouldn’t be more than 5-6 days, in case of any issue or delay, please feel free to contact to us: info@lizbaro.com .

– National Shipments –

Estimated delivery time would be 1-2 days. Our reference shipping company is GLS. In case of any issue or delay, please feel free to contact to us: info@lizbaro.com .

– International and national shipments EXCEPTION –

In case you would like to use your own shipping company, please let us know in advance before payment process, in this case, our company won’t be responsible for any damage and/or loss of the order, claims in this case won’t be accepted for payment refund. 

Creation, process and manipulation of personalized orders may take 1 to 8 weeks maximum to end. Shipment will proceed within 24h after the order is finished.

CLIENT INFORMATION

Client must provide correct information for shipping, any modification must be made as soon as possible, and within the next 12h after payment. LizBaró will not be responsible for order loss due to incorrect information, order loss due to this factor may result in the total loss of the order payment. For personalized orders, acceptance letter will be sent for clients reference, and client will have 12h margin, after order payment for any data correction. CUSTOM CLEARANCE AND FEES

LizBaró can advise the client during the custom clearance process, but any custom procedure, fees and/or extra payments derived from shipping,  will be the responsibility of the client.

SHIPPING DELAY

LizBaró will not be responsible for any delay alien to our will as:

– Logistical problems in the transport company.

– Adverse weather conditions.

– Absence of recipient at the time of delivery.

– Customs processes, including detentions or reviews.

– Other causes beyond the control of the company.

In any case, LizBaró will try to provide the client any information and updates related to the order.

 

Refund Policy

ORDER RETURN

Liz Baró will accept returns on online purchases within 24h since you have received the order. Merchandise must be in original condition without any sign of usage, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment. All custom orders or hats with modifications are final sale.

Shipping cost and customs fee will be returned ONLY when order error is made or order is defective, from origin.

ORDER CANCELLATION OR CHANGE

If you would like to cancel or modify your order, client must inform LizBaró within a period of 24h from order was purchased.
